We use PayPal as our secure payment system so that your credit details are absolutely secure. We receive none of your credit details at any time. A payment is simply transferred from your account into ours by PayPal.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase we can make refunds at any time through Pay Pal.
Want to pay by cheque or money order?
Write out your order, add up the sums and send it to us with a cheque or postal order. If you include a phone number with your order we can ring you if anything needs tweaking. Simple. Our contact details are below.
Order fulfillment
We process orders each Tuesday with the help of Cha Cha Sam the dog (the real one). Be a little patient, the staff is high maintenance. We’ll always get your music to you as quickly as possible!
Not happy with your purchase?
If Cha Cha Sam music doesn’t set your world on fire return it with a copy of your receipt and we’ll refund fully the purchase price of the CD plus the original postal/shipping costs as receipted to you via PayPal.
